岗位职责:

1.Responsible for Library and custom cell characterization;

2.Responsible for library design kits quality check;

3.Responsible for programming to optimize characterization flow.

任职条件:

1.Min. bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related engineering fields;

2.Good knowledge of transistor level circuit design. Experience in standard cell, IO, SRAM perferred;

3.Familar with process variation, such as lvf/sbocv;

4.Familar with IC design flow and EDA tools, such as Hspice/Spectre/Liberate/Siliconsmart;

5.Has a basic overall understanding of STA;

6.Exhibit good and open communication skills, and be able to work within cross-functional teams;

7.Fluent in English.
